Established in 1987, Maxus Group is a leading real estate developer in suburban Mumbai, known for delivering quality residential and commercial spaces built on professionalism, transparency, and trust.

Founded by Manharlal B. Mehta and Jagdish M. Mistry, the Group has played a key role in transforming Mumbai’s landscape with landmark projects like Salasar Gardens and Salasar Brij Bhoomi in Bhayander.

Expanding beyond real estate, Maxus has also created premium retail and entertainment experiences through Maxus Malls and Cinemas across Mumbai and Bhavnagar.
